Question 1

Do I have to explain everything from scratch again?

Accepted Answer

No. During onboarding we build your company's separate legal knowledge base from the contracts you share, past decisions and the pain points we uncover.

Every new matter adds to this knowledge. Answers increasingly fit your company's contracting practice, and your lawyer never has to learn the background from zero.

Question 2

Does an AI or a lawyer give the legal answer?

Accepted Answer

Your own lawyer. AI prepares the matter, compares it with relevant history and carries out legal research with Lexa.

Expert judgement and the final decision always belong to the lawyer, who reviews and approves every outgoing answer and takes professional responsibility for it.

Question 3

How do I know in advance what the legal work will cost?

Accepted Answer

We don't bill lawyer hours. Every task type has a predefined credit value, based on its complexity and risk.

You can track your monthly credit allowance and its use at any time. No complicated timesheets, no end-of-month surprises.

Question 4

Where can I see what's happening with our matters?

Accepted Answer

The live dashboard shows incoming, in-progress and closed tasks, used and available credits, and the committed response deadline for each matter in one place.

No need to piece together from emails and status meetings where a contract stands.

Question 5

How quickly will I get an answer?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your package, we commit to a 24, 36 or 72-hour response time during business hours. We don't just promise the SLA: you can track it on the dashboard.

Question 6

Are our documents and data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every client works in a separate, isolated environment with its own knowledge base. Your documents and questions never enter other clients' knowledge bases and are not used to train shared AI models.

Question 7

What happens to unused credits?

Accepted Answer

They don't expire: unused credits roll over to the next period.

Question 8

What if we suddenly have more legal work?

Accepted Answer

You can extend your allowance at any time with top-up credits. Work never stops, and no extra cost arises without your prior decision.

Question 9

Isn't this just a classic retainer under a new name?

Accepted Answer

No. A classic retainer usually buys availability or a block of hours. LPP builds a permanent backbone for your company's day-to-day legal operations: your own lawyer, a growing knowledge base, credit-based billing, a live dashboard and committed response times.

Question 10

How does the collaboration start?

Accepted Answer

We begin with onboarding: we learn how you operate, your recurring legal questions and key contract history. Based on this we create the isolated knowledge base, set up the workflow and recommend the right package.
